Charles Pfeffer is humbled to have helped senior executives reach their leadership potential for more than 25 years. He has enjoyed working with such varied clients as ExxonMobil, Xerox, and Lockheed Martin, to name a few. Before starting his own company, Charles spent 10 years as a Senior Consultant with Vitalwork, an organizational development consultancy. He recently served as President of the Board for the Bivona Child Advocacy Center in Rochester, New York.
Charles has found that his varied hobbies and interests actually benefit his professional life by instilling in him an appreciation for different perspectives and the ability to approach problems creatively. He recognizes that his passion for sailing has helped him to better evaluate which risks are worth taking, and which are not; it has also afforded him some wonderful family trips along the coast of Maine.
A lover of many forms of music, Charles takes the time to explore the local music scene whenever he visits a new city, and is a Rochester International Jazz Festival devotee. Charles places a tremendous value in creative, as well as humorous music, films, books (especially fiction), because they remind him not to take life so seriously (in a good way!). In addition to hiking and skiing (both downhill and cross-country), Charles enjoys golfing. In fact, he finds golf to be a tremendous exercise in managing one's frustrations and imperfections!
Above all else, Charles adores his wife, Chris, and their children. He enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family, and has particularly loved traveling the world with Chris.
